More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
